"When you take a flower in your hand and really look at it,
it's your world for the moment. I want to give that world to
someone else. Most people in the city rush around so,
they have no time to look at a flower. I want them to see
it whether they want to or not."
- Georgia O'Keeffe

ML, I wish if you covered the petals fully. Or just that centre portion focused and rest of the background covers full yellow color of the petals. I love the yellow color in this pic. :-)

lens!
these flowers are unisexual, infact they are female... look how they only have stamens waiting for the pollen to fertilize them.
amazing shot. I have started to feel that the best way of observing nature is photography, you preserve it for posterity and one picture can tell it all... AWESOME! I am running out of adjectives here... someone help:P
